   First of all,two kinds of extruder are all ok for producing PVC ceiling panel.But,there is difference between the two extruders for producing PVC ceiling panel.Single screw extruder is suitable for producing thin PVC ceiling panel.If customer want to produce very thin PVC ceiling panel,so it is more better to use single screw extruder.Because,single screw extruder has lower capacity which is easy to control the extrusion output.In the opposite situation,if customer want to produce very thick PVC ceiling panel,it is better to use double screw extruder.Because double screw extruder has high capacity.
