If the thickness is from 1.5mm to 3mm, it is better to use offline PUR lamination machine. Because if do online lamination with 4 calendaring machine,the final SPC LVT fooring is not good.

If the thickness is over 3.5mm, can use 4 calendaring machine do online lamination directly. 

Second, the formula of SPC flooring is very important.Because the formula of 1.5mm thickness is different from 3.5mm thickness.
